TEACHER BIO'S

JOSH LEVESQUE : Vocal & Piano teacher – Josh Levesque is a singer and pianist who started at A&D Music,first in piano,then in voice and then continued to get a Bachelor’s degree in Voice at UBC. He has performed with the University Singers in the Vatican, with the Vancouver Bach choir as a section leader, and with the Richmond Chorus as a soloist. He has also sung the role of the Hunter in UBC Opera’s “Rusalka.” As a teacher, he believes in a supportive atmosphere with constructive feedback and honest praise. In addition, he believes in the power of academic research about the science and art of singing in helping his students improve. Along with teaching, Josh will be working on a Master of Arts in Linguistics, and he encourages his older students to sing in at least one other language, with his help. Welcome back Josh!
